Budget 2010: all change for Employee Benefit Trusts

In the 2010 Budget, HMRC stated plans to address the use of Employee Benefit Trusts.

New legislation is planned to come into force in April 2011. The change is likely to prevent the use of EBT's as a payment vehicle for contract workers.
