To maximise your potential earnings, you will need to claim all possible legitimate expenses. Please download our expenses guide, and take some time to assess which expenses you can claim. REMEMBER, this is an area where you can genuinely benefit and enhance your income, but it is important you only make legitimate claims. Grey matter will vet your expenses and exclude anything not permitted by HMRC, but ultimately you must ensure your claims are within the allowances set.

Once you have decided on the expenses you have, and want to make a claim, please download the expenses claim form (below). It is very important to include receipts (details are contained in the notes attached to the form).

If you are claiming mileage on your expenses, you will also need to complete a mileage claim form (below). Take some time to get the starting mileage figures from you car and make sure you measure the distance correctly.
